The British Chiropractic Association (BCA) have developed a simple yet effective 3 minute exercise programme that is designed to help improve your posture and help reduce the risk of back pain.
All you need to do is incorporate this into your daily routine – just like brushing your teeth.
The exercises can be adapted to suit individual capabilities. However, you should always discuss any new exercise programme with your GP, chiropractor or other health care practitioner before you start.
