Walking for Health Scheme
If you have been struggling to get started or maybe you just don’t feel confident to gout on your own, Fareham Borough Council run an accredited health walk scheme. The walks are led by trained volunteer Walk Leaders. You can find all the details of the Walking 4 Health scheme on their website.
The website includes a schedule of walks running for the upcoming 2 months with a description of the walk. Each walk is given a rating so you can choose the walks that suit you. There is quite an extensive list of walks to choose from.
The Fareham Borough Council’s website http://www.fareham.gov.uk/leisure/sport_and_fitness/walks.aspx also provides information for self-guided walks around the Borough.
