The Patient Partnership Quality Mark (PPQM) is awarded every year by the Royal College of Chiropractors. The award is a recognition of clinics around the country that demonstrate a commitment to exceptional service to patients.
To receive the PPQM from the College of Chiropractors a clinic must undergo a rigorous assessment of its practices in delivering excellent service and chiropractic care to the patients of that clinic so it is no mean feat for a clinic to be awarded it.
