You don’t have to be a sporting superstar to benefit from chiropractic care from one of our chiropractors in Fareham

Watching the Men’s 100 metres at the recent World Championships in Beijing was extraordinary.

The build-up fuelled all kinds of emotions with the ‘Good of Bolt versus the Bad of Gatlin’. The speculation was heightened by the troubled build-up that Bolt had endured coming into the Championships. While Gatlin, on the other hand came in with a 28-race unbeaten run.

Everyone watching the race held their breath but in a true champion winning way Bolt came out supreme.

Usain Bolt and chiropractic treatment

Watching Bolt reminded me that his success on the track hasn’t come without challenges. In his youth, Bolt suffered from scoliosis. In his own words he says “My spine was really curved bad”.

Bolt used chiropractic treatment to help him and has used chiropractic not only to bounce back from injuries more quickly but also to enhance his performance while healthy.
